The Story

"Remember where you came from?" These were the words my grandmother shared to my aunts when standing by a giant Magen David in Mexico City. It was a call to remember that we are Jews, G-d's children, and that no matter what happens to us, we must be who G-d made us to be - Jews. This is the heritage that Congregation Rebirth is committed to. Our congregation strives to be a Jewish home for all in Messiah and to fulfill the mission God has called us to in Messiah Yeshua. For the first 5 years of our existence, Rebirth has journeyed from a home gathering to gathering in the facilities of other churches. While we were greatly blessed wherever we went, we were at times limited. Every time we faced these limitations, the words "remember where you came from" would come to mind. Our team at Rebirth came together at the beginning of 2025 to engage in that calling God placed in us: "remember where you came from". Indeed, we remember to return: to our people, our faith, our place of worship, and soon, may it be speedily soon, our land, and, above all, our G-d! 

This is why it is so important for the Jew to know that nobody can take your Jewishness away, and having faith in the Messiah of Israel is so important for us as Jews that it is a principle of Judaism. We believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah, and our commitment to Him calls us to worship according to His Word "Worship in Spirit and Truth", "I came to fulfill". Having faith in Yeshua, we have the fulfillment of the Torah and the ability to engage in Worship having the Spirit and the Truth! So what do we do next? 

Many have come together in our congregation, Jew and Gentile, and in returning home, we do not have much room. It is now time to build in order to help people "Remember" where they came from. Help us in raising $750,000 to initiate the project as we establish a Messianic Jewish Center or Home to accomplish our work in reaching the hearts of every Jew to "remember". If a Jew is in the Church, they can see that they have a place to express their heritage, and if it is a Jew who is looking for Messiah, that they may learn about Yeshua our Messiah.
