No one knows how I feel
even in a crowd, I feel alone
wounded by the memories of war and disasters
I stand all alone
like a prisoner of war kept in solitude and

Thursday, March 13 at 12(noon), engage in a time of prayer wherever you are for Israel and our community as we recognize Estherโs boldness to commit to fasting and praying as she prepared herself to stand before the King on behalf of her (our) people.
The Poem was written in 2009, after suffering from PTSD. Being a member of the Chaplain's Corps, I suffered severe PTSD from the experiences I had, and the sights seen.
This poem was written to encourage service members, firefighters, police, and Medical personnel to seek help.
